Responding to the needs of those members who are required to undergo a peer review, in 1987 NCCPAP  developed its own Peer Review Program.  NCCPAP’s Peer Review Program is available to all our members across the country. 

Our plan of administration requesting authorization to oversee the administration of the peer reviews of our member firms, including independence representations, has been approved for both the AICPA Peer Review Program and the Center for Audit Quality National Peer Review Program.   Our program is independent of the AICPA and not overseen by the AICPA.

For non-AICPA members requiring Peer Review by their State Boards of Accountancy, NCCPAP has been approved as a sponsoring organization in  Massachusetts, Georgia, Kentucky, Connecticut, Arizona, Maine, New Mexico and Idaho.
